Brothers Miguel Alejandro and Miguel Angel Hire Their Third Brother Miguel Mauricio

Why is it difficult for a company to hire employees? Especially the first ones? Every company has a plan to fulfill its vision, so people who are prospects to join the team must share it with the same passion as well. Education too plays an important role, but Marrgon believes there’s more in people than just a simple diploma: motivation, ambition, and attitude.

Founders of the company, brothers Miguel Alejandro and Miguel Angel, decided that for growing their workforce, they should start by looking inside the family, especially paying attention to their two younger brothers, Miguel Mauricio and Miguel Alonso. Oldest brother Miguel Angel commented: “We want to grow as lean as possible with people who share our passion for service, so my brother Alejandro and I thought that giving our third brother, Mauricio, an opportunity to work in Marrgon would be great, as he obviously shares our same core values.” He also stated that this decision will represent a challenge, since Mauricio (age 16), for obvious reasons don’t have professional experience, but they’re sure he has the right attitude and hunger for success through placing himself to serve others.

Mauricio is a social person, main talent older Miguels have observed in him, for what they are sure he will perform a great job at Public Relations for Marrgon. The company is now happy to have 3 brothers working together, but they’re all conscious about the potential obstacles that could arise derived from their differences; therefore, they finally decided to stick to Gary David Goldberg’s words: “A good team, [...] comes into being when the separate individuals working together create, in essence, another separate higher entity, the team, [...] which is better than any of those individuals can ever be on their own.”
