Founders of Marrgon Company Believe in Giving Back

It’s widely seen that companies contribute large amounts of money to charities, especially in public events but, what’s the reason? Are these businesses really helping? Is it a marketing or fiscal strategy? There’s no doubt there are plenty of cases, but today a look will be taken at the plans Marrgon is holding for actively participating in their community.

Founders Miguel Alejandro and Miguel Angel are from a family where nearsightedness comes greatly from genetic predisposition; in fact, both suffer from myopia as well as their two younger brothers, but specially Miguel Angel, and his third brother Mauricio, have lived with a higher grade, in which they can’t perform their daily tasks, even the most basic ones, without having their glasses on. This condition, far from stopping them, have given both Miguels a strong “why” for the activities they perform, specially running this newborn company, Marrgon. Instead of just enrolling in any social activity or donating money to random organizations (which anyway is far better than not doing anything at all), Miguel Angel had the initiative of looking for an association that helps people with sight problems. This action, Miguel stated, will give Marrgon a whole new level of positive enrollment with the community, as both family members who run the business, have personally suffered from this condition and can empathize.

There’s yet no information on a specific organization the company has chosen to support, but the decision has been made and Marrgon announces it public that suggestions are welcomed. Today, company size could limit the help to one location, but founders are sure soon enough they will be able to expand and contribute internationally. Both Miguels believe that giving comes before receiving and that this decision will greatly help in fulfilling Marrgon’s mission: adding value to people’s lives.
