Founders Share What Their Expectations Are for This End of the Year

It’s always a good idea to have the sight placed in whatever place or situation a person wants to be in the future, because if he doesn’t, there’s a big possibility he will be so immersed in daily tasks, it will be like swimming thoroughly with the head underwater without taking any chance to pause, get air, and corroborate that the direction that is being swum, is the right one

Founders of Marrgon, Miguel Alejandro and Miguel Angel, have analyzed their situation and established some goals that are expected to be fulfilled by the end of the year 2015. First of all, they plan on having a monthly revenue of 50,000 dollars, but, how are they planning to achieve this? The company believes this can be accomplished by being able to obtain a customer base of 10,000 people, getting it by delivering a service which buyers feel comfortable with and by offering registration for Marrgon’s VIP customer list that provides early access and special prices for new product launches. Additionally, it has been planned that a product portfolio of 5 units will allow the company to experiment in different markets, making it able to attract people from different backgrounds and enabling the opportunity to access niches after analyzing demographics.

Some people wonder if looking that far is a thing to be worried about when there’s more important stuff going on when getting a business up, to what both Miguels shared, that even though this last statement has a bit of truth, it’s important to have long term clear objectives; this way, a person or company is able to break down those huge goals into smaller and reachable objectives, define a strategy and execute proper actions that will get them to the promise land.
