After the First Weeks of Activity, Marrgon Revitalizes its Listing

Marrgon recently decided to optimize the product listing images for its first product, the windshield cell phone holder for car. This decision was made since, unlike physical stores, in web stores it’s impossible to touch or feel the product, and this is why it’s very important for every person selling virtually to have high quality images that show the potential customer the details from the product in order for him to make a purchase decision.

Some actions that e-commerce sellers should have in mind and implement, is that they must constantly be playing around changing first of all, their main image, which is the most important aspect of a product-listing, since it gives potential customers a quick view of your item; it is also needed to keep it present that people is usually quickly scrolling towards the product catalogue and, if the main image catches their attention, then they will luckily click it and will deeply browse through other images, description, guarantee and reputation as a seller as well as the one of the product. These are some of the aspects that need to be re-touched frequently in order to optimize social interaction between the customer and the listing, since they are the ones that aid the customer in their decision making.

Marrgon will test results with the new images that were taken for a week and compare them with the ones from the previous, in order to be able to optimize the product listing towards getting more clicks, better conversion rates, more sales, and most importantly, the highest customer satisfaction possible. As Marrgon’s philosophy states, there is no business that could possibly thrive without maximizing customer satisfaction, since this gives companies long-term success thanks to brand loyalty; therefore the business is getting their product known to more people in order to be able to serve increasingly more customers everyday.
