Nowadays, younger people want to become entrepreneurs and start their own business. When talking about this topic, many worry about a brand, product, customers, real estate, employees, and so on; but what is not being taken into account is that a company is built from within. What does this mean? An entrepreneur’s character is what leads either to success or failure, and that’s nourished by experience and a positive mindset when facing challenges. Miguel Angel, one of Marrgon’s founders, was recently interviewed with the objective of getting to know the roots of this new company.

With only 22 years old, Miguel Angel is studying Mechanical Engineering, working, and recently founded Marrgon with Miguel Alejandro. “I personally do not think there’s a subject on being an entrepreneur. One has to find a mentor, educate himself, and put hell hard of work in it.” said Miguel when explaining the lack of relationship between the career he studies and what got him to create a company. This young businessman has been mentored by an uncle who owns two auto shops, whose passion of creating products, delivering premium services, and providing jobs contributed to Miguel’s decision of getting into entrepreneurship.

Miguel finds relationships important for business, so working with family members has been useful because of the values shared and the fact that each brother received the same education. It seems he now has the opportunity to become a mentor himself, since working with brothers that have less experience will allow him to build a relationship that will promote constant learning. The most important thing is that Miguel isn’t alone now that the hardest challenge is being faced, which is getting Marrgon up with endless days of work, and even weekends working from home. The entrepreneur showed his positive mindset when commenting, “ The good thing is, that when you enjoy what you are doing, it isn’t work anymore.”

This is just the beginning of the journey to success, but what would be of Miguel Angel five years from now? Hopefully, he is going to be leading Marrgon with its 1,000,000 customer base, employing 50 people, and having a positive influence in the community. For all the young people who want to become entrepreneurs, Miguel shared this last words: “Work your butt off. There’s no secret or shortcut to success. Dream big, set goals, work hard. Finally, persevere.”
