Both Miguels Analyze Customers’ Feedback to Develop New Strategies to Increase Sales

Today, people rely on the philosophy that “new is better”, so innovation is every business’s weapon to deal with competition. In order to come with these ideas, a company has to read the feedback provided by customers to change what can be improved. Marrgon is trying new strategies to analyze how they influence the cell phone holder sales; they will be evaluated throughout the month to compare the outcome with the previous one to use these techniques with the next product that will be launched.
Founders Miguel Angel and Alejandro stated they want to get to an average of 10 units sold per day. What will they do to get there? The first thing was optimizing the product listing images, taking in consideration that in e-commerce customers can’t touch or feel the product; details were enhanced to catch buyers’ attention when scrolling, which represents a challenge for entrepreneurs who sell online. Then Marrgon founders redesigned the package and will make a promotion in which 20 units will be given away for free, encouraging customers to review it. These are some of the elements that need to be taken into consideration for companies to innovate and keep up with competition; in order to grab people’s attention, constant modifications, whether in appearance or packaging, create a different perspective from the product or the company.
The brothers know the market is in constant change so the business will have to adapt, for what new promotions and releases will be posted on Marrgon’s Facebook Page. Depending on the results of this “experiment”, more information about the next product’s release will be available for customers to get ready. As an advertisement of the Boston Consulting Group said, “There are no old roads to new directions.”
