Every business’s success depends on the minds that run it, for what a person’s financial and moral education play an important role in developing a company. Miguel Alejandro was recently interviewed to know about his background and what convinced him on taking a huge step many people fear to take: creating a company, Marrgon.

He is an Economics student who believes it isn’t important what someone knows, but the things that are achieved with that knowledge; in other words, people are recognized by the results and not just by a diploma. Alejandro wanted to start a company because he got to the conclusion that what’s taught from his career will give opportunity to do bigger projects that take him closer to the lifestyle he wants to have. More productivity can be achieved by creating his own business in order to have greater contribution to society, since it enhances his potential. The best thing of Economics is that it applies to entrepreneurship, to what he commented: “Economics is a career that studies activities that take place everyday in every place around the world, so it is related to everyone’s daily life. It’s very important to know basic economic principles in order to make good decisions in my business.”

Alejandro considers business investments, like Marrgon, have been the hardest challenge he’s faced as a new entrepreneur; that hasn’t stopped him from looking forward to five years from now, he sees himself employing many people and creating a team of members that are committed to improving their lives, and who know that he cares for them, their well being, and success. For all of the people who feel insecure about taking action towards their goals or vision, Alejandro left these words: “Take a leap of faith and know what you have to do right now: what others aren’t willing to do, to have a life that others won’t be able to live.“
