Another One for Marrgon: 5 Star Reviews for its Cell Phone Holder for Car

2 Months in the Market Have Brought Numerous Challenges for the Company, But Customers Keep Liking the Product

Marrgon’s first product, its Cell Phone Holder for Car Windshield, has been now selling in Amazon.com for 2 months. Although a new customized version of the holder was announced to reach the market near the first days of August, the current one is still selling and getting positive comments and reviews from buyers. According to founders of Marrgon, competition is fierce in the area but the holder and service provided have helped them to maintain a level of presence among customers.

One of the main activities that is motivating brothers Miguel Angel and Alejandro, is the arrival of reviews from regular buyers, this means that reviews from people who participated in the launching events and were able to receive the product for free are still being posted but in a slower pace, and comments from daily customers start to appear. Although the reviews mentioned before constituted a launching pad for Marrgon, Miguel Angel shared he’s happy new ones are arriving, since now shoppers can observe that a positive feedback is not only coming from people who received the product at a discounted rate as part of an event, but that regular customers have thought and experience the same positive results, giving the company a higher level of credibility too.

Like every other business and as part of the process, founders shared there has been some issues with customers who received a damaged product, situation that could have happened during shipping. Concerning the first case, Marrgon is confident of the product quality but can’t watch it during the shipping process (carried out by a third party) in which it may be damaged by bad handling; the company is working on developing a package that will help prevent this type of situations and will always take responsibility on it, reason why it offers a refund or replacement to customers as soon as they get in touch with them. Finally, Miguel Angel commented that this type of experiences are the ones that will allow Marrgon to develop a relationship with its customers, in which they’ll know the company is there to help them meet their needs, as a team that desires to provide a quality service that will always have an answer and solution to each case, with customers’ interests always being protected.
