Founder Miguel Angel Shares The Belief and Philosophy Behind His Company’s Everyday Operations
Recently, one of the founders of Marrgon Company, Miguel Angel, talked about the reasons why he is running this company and the constant motivation that keeps him moving. After announcing this week the addition of 2 new products to their portfolio, Miguel commented that many things have been learned regarding business’s management, but most importantly, more things have been learned about customers, which without any doubt, constitute the principal factor in any company.

The founder is fully aware that every action taken to grow must have a reason and direction: improving customer satisfaction and experience; that’s why next, 3 characteristics from Marrgon that you can always count on will be discussed. Number one: it’s always accountable for its actions. Miguel knows that the business is run by humans, and that there’s no thing such as 100% perfection, that’s why one of the attitudes approached is “if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it”. He also expressed that there’s no bigger satisfaction that giving a customer the peace of mind of knowing the company is there to add value to his/her life and not only for making money. Second: they totally back up their products. Marrgon believes in granting buyers this guarantee, that if they’re not completely happy with their product, their money will be happily refunded; as well that if a manufacturing defect affects the performance of the item, the company will send a replacement as well. Finally, and third of all: Marrgon prides itself on its premium customer service. Founder Miguel shared that his passion is serving people and that one of the things that make him feel successful in life, is knowing other people is being benefited from the services and products he offers.
The company is now making movements to scale and grow and it recognizes that one of the biggest challenges will be to communicate this passion, this philosophy of “customers first: looking for a fair transaction in which both parties benefit” to future staff that Marrgon will hire while expanding, since both brothers, Miguel Angel and Alejandro, believe that is true selling.
