Marrgon’s New Cell Phone Holder is Now Offering Customers a Different Way of Being Part of the Company
Weeks ago, the new design of Marrgon’s Cell Phone Holder was announced together with the release of two products. Today, this mount is already available online with some changes on the way it’s sold with the purpose of generating a different experience in customers when they acquire these products and in an attempt to tell them how important they are. Founders, Miguel Angel and Alejandro, shared this approach will help them center their action on their buyers and have a special way in talking to them since the first time they open their purchased product.

The car mount features a complete new design for its package, giving it a special touch of Marrgon’s personality. Additionally, it has now the logo printed on it too, so people start to identify the company’s product and create a sense of belonging and brand loyalty. Inside the purchased package, customers will be able to find a card in which founders communicate with them thanking them for choosing their brand and asking them for two things: if they are completely satisfied with the product, to leave a review on the Amazon page; and if they’re not 100% happy with their product, to contact them via the company email in order for them to be able to take action and do whatever it takes for the new buyer to become a raving fan of doing business with Marrgon.

For both Miguels, making sure the customer understands that he or she is a very important part of the company is one of their priorities; that’s why they are paying special attention on those details that will allow people to participate together with the company and post feedback and reviews which will be surely taken into account for future corporate decisions. They believe this way of operating, in which individuals can have the certainty that they’re dealing with another human on the other end of the computer, one which will be able to provide personalized service and not a huge corporation who will automate its interaction with him, it’s the one that will provide them with a competitive advantage.
