After 3 Months of Selling Online, Amazon Has Invited Marrgon to Participate in its Frustration Free Packaging Program with the Cell Phone Holder for Car

Marrgon Company has now been operating 3 months on the Amazon Marketplace and has managed to get 3 products selling with customer approval. Lately, changes have been taking place as it grows, manage to get more market share, and generate a higher sales volume. Founders, brothers Lozano, surprised their customers just the past month by offering a completely new cell phone holder’s package, and this next month, will be no exception, as Amazon just invited the company to participate in its frustration free packaging, or FFP as it’s commonly called.

The FFP program consists on developing a package for any product that complies mainly with 3 characteristics: it protects the item being sold and is able to be shipped in its own container; it can be opened by the final customer in less than 120 seconds; and third, it’s made out of recyclable materials. Addressing the first point mentioned, the company will work on designing a complete different box for the holder, as the one currently being used focus more on visual art and is not appropriate for rude handling; therefore, a thicker cardboard will be used but there’s a possibility no more printing will be found on the box for ecological reasons. Getting into the fast unboxing of the bought product, there will be no steel wire ties, hard plastic clamshells or any additional element that usually only take up space and represents work for the buyer. Regarding the recyclable requirement, the box will be made out of normal cardboard that is usually made up from paper pulp (new or recycled), so there will be no problem hitting this rubric; additionally, that’s the reason why there’s a big chance no printing will be found in this new package, to reduce negative impact on the environment.

All these changes to Marrgon’s cell phone holder for car can be expected by mid October, and they will not only represent an advantage to the customer in ensuring they get their product in optimal condition, this program will reward the company’s listing by placing it under the privileged FFP category and being promoted by the e-tailer itself. Finally, in the long term, it will reduce product costs which will allow Marrgon to translate them into more added value to its customers.
