The Company Reinforces its Commitment to Serve Through Selling and Plans New Activities to Give Back to the World

Co-founder Miguel Angel Lozano started to change the focus through which the company is offering its products. Recently, Marrgon launched its fourth product, a copper rain chain, and it was then when the event had an impact on the way Miguel started to see his company. During the months planning the release of the chain, he was able to feel the passion and conviction on what he was going to offer and a new perspective came to him in the way he wanted to do business.

Rather than focusing on the product itself, Miguel found a way to concentrate on the experience he was trying to deliver to the customer, and based on this vision, design and create a product that can provide people with it. Therefore, Marrgon is now moving into offering higher end products that will not only solve particular problems, but will help improve the customers’ lives every time they use them. But offering more valuable items doesn’t do the job itself, the company is committed to and prides itself on premium customer service, which is considered to be an essential component of making people feel what most companies fail to do: let them know they’re truly important and the reason for the business’s existence.

Additionally, now that the company is generating some momentum, Miguel has decided it’s now time to put into action his belief (giving starts the receiving process) and is saving a percentage of the company’s profits while he plans an activity to which he’ll destine those resources. Although he doesn’t have the decision yet, he plans on focusing on one of the two areas that have had a great impact on his life: promoting healthy habits and exercise, as it’s his passion; or helping people with vision problems, since Miguel empathizes with them as he was seriously shortsighted a long period of his life before he was able to afford eye surgery.
