The Company Has a Clear Objective of What it Wants for the Upcoming Year 2016
A new year is coming just at the same time Marrgon is entering a new market niche and it has now decided the goals it wants to tackle. Founders, Miguel Angel and Alejandro Lozano, clearly saw that they were able to take the company to a higher level through the selling of the new “Lawn and Garden” category products, as the latter allowed them to offer a higher quality item and a better purchase experience for each customer who bought it. All these small factors and opportunities spotted, quickly sparked founders’ imagination and planning to set objectives for next year.
Marrgon’s 2016 new year’s resolutions start with the goal of offering 2 different types of rain chains to the public; but offering them is quite simple, they want to focus on maintaining stock available so that customers can always have the opportunity to be served. This goal came to the mind of the brothers as the past week they ran out of inventory when the product hit a sales boost that quickly depleted their stock. Although some people may see running out of inventory as a good thing (product is being demanded), Marrgon considers that it’s its responsibility to have product always available as part of the 5 star experience they’re committed in offering to buyers. Their second objective is to start promoting the rain chains through social media, as part of a marketing strategy. So it is very probable that people are going to start seeing the product advertised through different sites, but Marrgon wants to make clear that the same customer service will prevail and Amazon will still be shipping their products.

These are the company’s two main objectives for 2016 and a deadline has been set for June of that year. Founders believe this is the first path they can work on for expanding their customer base to a certain level without losing control of the customer service they offer, but they do not plan on stopping there. As soon as they hit these goals, Marrgon has planned that its priority will be to hire a new customer support representative to keep service at its highest level.
