Founders of the Business Are Amazed at the Impact Their Rain Chain Had on a Customer’s Parent-Child Relationship
In the world of e-commerce, where people can’t touch or physically see the products they plan on buying, it’s common that customers rely on other individuals’ reviews or comments on the product; therefore adding (or subtracting) credibility to the item offered. As part of a product launch, Marrgon started a small product giveaway in which it contacted individually some of Amazon’s top 1000 reviewers in order to start a flow of feedbacks coming for the new item and building some reputation. Founders, Alejandro and Miguel, did this as part of a system they’ve developed to release products to the market, but they we soon amazed at what one customer had to say for the business’s Rain Chain.

Umme, as this person is nicknamed on Amazon, left a review for the chain last week in which it shared something personal and beautiful. She wrote that she has a 3 year old daughter who is visually impaired and who is usually scared of the rain. Marrgon’s Rain Chain allowed Umme to change her daughter’s perspective on the rain, as the beautiful sound that it produces when water is running through it helped her relax and enjoy a new sensorial experience; mentioning too that the chain’s length gave the little girl the opportunity to reach for it and feel as water flowed from cup to cup . The customer also commented that it provided both, her daughter and her, a special moment together which they know will be able to enjoy every time it rains from now on.
Alejandro and Miguel were glad to know that the product they offer was able to have such an impact on their customer’s life, and were also amazed and grateful for her willingness to share such a personal experience. The brothers took this situation as motivation for them to continue improving on the items they sell and on the service they provide with their sales, as they shared there’s nothing more satisfying than hearing that people’s lives have been improved in some way thanks to a product or service one offers as part of a mission and a vision.
